WHO ARE THE PAN-AFRICANS?

African natives were
forced to pay tax on just about everything that the white settlers could
think up; head tax, hut tax, livestock tax, sheep dog tax, etc. which
had to be paid with ‘come and get it money’ and they could only get
‘come and get it money’ by working for the white settlers for whatever
meager wage that wanted to pay. Often wages were barely enough to pay
their taxes. Even today, the white Holy Alliance use sub-Saharan
Africa’s external debt as an inescapable ‘debt trap’ to keep Africans
economically enslaved and colonized.
Note; the combined debt of sub-Saharan
African countries to their white Holy Alliance creditors total about 332
billion dollars. Contrast that with the white Holy Alliance’s unpaid
debt to the African Race for more than tens of trillions of dollars, yet
the sub-Saharan African countries and the African Race have allowed
ourselves become ensnarled in the white Holy Alliance’s debt trap. You
think that Sisyphus had a frustrating task by repeatedly rolling a
little rock up a mole-hill? The sub-Saharan African countries
frustrating task of escaping the white Holy Alliance’s debt by
comparison is like rolling the ‘Rock of Gibraltar’ up K2. “Now, if the
sub-Saharan African countries are to escape, the African Race must
bundle the entire amount of our obligation, about 332 billion dollars,
and call a moratorium on the payment of all external debt payments until
the white Holly Alliance commence their debt payment to the African
Race. A minute portion of the white Holy Alliance’s remittance on their
astronomical debt to the African Race will be sufficient to repay the
entire amount of sub-Saharan Africa’s 335 billion debts. Another action
that the African Race must take to escape the Holy Alliance’s ‘debt
trap’ is imposing a slave tax on all of sub-Saharan’s exports bound for
countries who used unpaid
Compulsory Free African Slave Labor to
build their countries.
Land distribution in
Zimbabwe and Mozambique are the two most important countries in
sub-Saharan Africa for the African Race to study and to focus our
attention. And President Robert Mugabe is the most courageous African
leader. This is why:
Zimbabwe

Robert Mugabe, freedom
fighter, statesman and the current President of Zimbabwe was voted in
world-wide surveys to be the greatest African in history. President
Mugabe, the greatest of all African leaders. The most courageous black
leader who stood his ground and refused to capitulate is credited with
doing more for more black people than anyone in history. Now, the white
Holy Alliance colonial powers and their white settlers slaughtered
millions of black people, seized and squatted on their land all over
sub-Saharan Africa, especially south of the equator. Take Zimbabwe, an
area of more than 150, 000 sq. miles, with a population of more than 12
million, less than 1 per cent white, yet before independence 12,000
white farmers owned and controlled 75 per cent of the arable farm land.
(In South Africa, Africans form more than three-quarters of the
population, and own less than 7 per cent of the arable farmland.) Robert
Mugabe and his countrymen fought a long bloody war against the Holy
white colonial powers and their white settlers to secure their
independence. Following independence, Robert Mugabe was elected
Zimbabwe’s president. He promise to work with Britain, the former
colonial power to buy back stolen land from their white settler on a
willing seller basis. Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher promised that
Britain would share the cost, but when Tony Blair became Prime Minister
he reneged on the prior agreement and refused to continue paying
Britain’s share. President Mugabe was dedicated to return the stolen
land to Zimbabwe’s native population, the rightful owners.
The white Holy Alliance
knew that if President Mugabe were to continue his land redistribution
efforts, that he would be forced to confiscate the sand without paying
full compensation to the white settlers who had seized and squatted on
the land in question without paying the native African owners one cent
in compensation. The whiter Holy Alliance were looking past Zimbabwe and
began formulating strategies to deal with the land distributions
problems in South Africa which has the identical land distribution
problem that exist in Zimbabwe, only much bigger.
Aside: (Did you know that before independence that
no African was allowed to keep more than a herd of six cattle, any
government official could seize the excess? This, in a land where cattle
was king and keeping cattle was the main occupation of the people. No
African was allowed to go out after 6 PM without a letter (deemed as a
pass) written by a European giving the date and time limits of the
travel our outing. No African was allowed to sell his maize produced
directly to the state-owned Grain Marketing Board (GMB). That was
reserved for white farmers. The African sold his produce only to the
Farmers Co-operation run by white farmers, who then sold the maize at
huge profits to the GMB. No African was allowed in a supermarket. There
was a hole in the wall where all African shoppers were made to queue for
hours, and from where they shouted at the African shop assistants inside
the supermarket what they wanted to buy. No African was allowed on First
Street in the heart of the capital, Salisbury (now Harare) where all the
big banks owned by white companies, were situated. In this way, Africans
were denied capital to start their own businesses. The place for the
African was on white-owned farms and homes where they toiled for hours
as labourers and domestics for very little pay. Pavements were reserved
for white people and no African was allowed to walk on them even when
there were no whites around. Africans walked on the road which they
shared with cars owned by white people. If an African saw a white person
on the pavement, he stood aside, at attention, until the white person
walked past. No African was allowed to vote. (That was reserved for
whites?)
Now, the hypocritical
white Holy Alliance’s strategy began with the demonization of President
Mugabe and the initiation of remorseless covert violence against
President Mugabe’s government and the Zimbabwean people to send a
message to the governmental leaders of South Africa and to the black
people in South Africa, that the white people around the world would
unite and punish the black people in South Africa if they demanded their
land back. The United States Senate rushed through a so-called Zimbabwe
Democracy Recovery Act of Dec. 21, 2001, its preamble: “To restrict
assistance to Zimbabwe until certain conditions are satisfied and to
support democratic economic transition in Zimbabwe.” According to the
bill sponsors, Senators Jesse Helms, Bill Frist and Russ Feingold who
deceptively claimed, became necessary because “deliberate and systematic
violence, intimidation, and killings were orchestrated and supported by
the government of Zimbabwe and the ruling ZANE-PF party against member
sympathizers and supporters of the democratic opposition, farmers, and
employers. However, in truth, the farmers of whom the all-white U.S.
Senate refers are white colonial settler farmers who are still illegally
and immorally squatting on black native farmland. The bill ordered the
Three Predators to economically strangle (make the economy sequel)
Zimbabwe in order to punish President Mugabe and the people of Zimbabwe.
As usual, the white Holy Alliance started out by using their worn-out
canned script, by calling President Mugabe election fraudulent, a
dictator who uses force and violence to hush-up the free press in order
to oppress his own people. Then they use their white controlled NGOs,
secret organizations like the CIA to in clandestinely promote violent
unrest. When President Mugabe addressed the violence, they used The
Voice of America and all of the white controlled media around the world
to demonize President Mugabe and blame him for the dreadful conditions
in Zimbabwe, atrocities and deaths which the white Holy Alliance’s
sanctions and their black fifth-column provocateurs and the Three
Predators are directly or indirectly responsible for all of them.
Aside: (History is now repeating itself, because history shows us
that some of the wealth produced in the America by black African slaves
for the white Holy Alliance was used to capture and buy more African
slaves. Well, history is repeating itself, because some of the tax
revenue paid by black Americans is used by the Three Predators to cause
suffering in Zimbabwe and other parts of sub-Saharan Africa. Black
Americans should spend some of the energy that’s used during marches and
protests against baggy paints, foul and offensive language, noose
images, castigating our young people for other moral issues and use some
of that energy to march and protest that your tax dollars are going to
The Three Predators whose fingerprints can be found on atrocities
(including Rwanda), misery and unrest throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
Terrorism is often described as terrorist acts that cause misery and
death among the civilian population. Well, with the help of your tax
support, the Three Predators’ ‘economic terrorist’ acts have caused more
misery, death and destruction in sub-Saharan Africa than all of the
other kinds of terrorists have cause the world over. Sub-Saharan Africa
can not be all that it can be without its Diaspora and the African
Diaspora can do very little without sub-Saharan Africa. The white Holy
Alliance then call for regime change and promise to support any
terrorist group who promise to use force and violence to destabilize the
country and overthrow President Mugabe. President Bush reserved time in
his latest speech at the UN to demonize Zimbabwe, although conditions in
the Congo, Sudan, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Eritrea, Ethiopia,
Rwanda, Burundi and many other countries where conditions are far worse,
but they are not demanding their land back from white people. Everybody
knows that demonization and sanctions are intended to send a clear
message to the ANC, President Nelson Mandela, his successor President
Mbeki, and other black African leaders who should be dealing with the
same inequitable land distribution problem, that they had better stay
inline and continue the status quo. Remember:
‘Land without workers is not worth a hill of beans.’
On September 26, 2007 the
lower house of Parliament passed the indigenization and Empowerment
Bill, which compel foreign-owned firms, including mining companies and
banks, to cede 51 per cent of their shares to black Zimbabweans. The
upper Chamber, the Senate, Passed the law on October 2, 2007; only
Presidential assent is required to enter into law. continued...
