WHO ARE THE PAN-AFRICANS?
(continued)

The Pan-Africans believe that the power of the ancestors of Africa endowed us with intuitive knowledge that it is urgent that we compile an accurate transcript that chronicles the thoughts and actions of the African Race during the 21st century, and that it would be wise to establish it the first chapter in “The Autobiography of The African Race.” We are motivated by the spirits of the ancestors of Africa to complete the 21st century’s chapter by the year 2100. Each January of the intervening years, we will ask you to help correct any errors and mistakes that were made in our transcript covering the previous year or years. We will need you and all of the other black people in the world, to select and determine by consensus, the most historically significant contents, of two additional pages what will be added to the transcript each year during the rest of the 21st century. We beg each of you to participate in The Group’s survey, voice your opinions and vote in The Big Agenda Debate. We will also invite those of you who consider yourselves serious bloggers to contribute, especially our ‘Talented Tenth’ who matriculating in our Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Once we obtain and consider all of your opinions and tabulate all of your votes, we can calculate the reliable consensus concerning the completion of our assigned agenda before the end of the 21st century, its implementation and all of the information that is to be included in the transcript of “The Autobiography of the African Race.” Listen. It is also essential that you record your own autobiography in the back of The Pan-Africans’ Book, because our race’s autobiography will be incomplete without your personal autobiography.

The Pan-Africans believe in the power and supreme wisdom of the ancestors of Africa and we concur intuitively and intellectually that the land and natural resources of China are for the Chinese; the land and natural resources of India are for the Indians; the land and natural resources of Europe are for the Europeans; and that the land and resources of Africa are for the Africans.

The Pan-Africans believe in the sovereignty of all of the black African countries in sub-Saharan Africa is subordinate to the sovereignty of the African Race’s which reigns supreme over all of the people and all of the land and all of the natural resources of sub-Saharan Africa. We believe that the African Race should incorporate the appropriate Articles of The United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights and appropriate Articles contained the Treaty of Westphalia into the African Race’s Declaration of its sovereignty rights over all of sub-Saharan Africa; and that the African Race deserves and intends to exercise full sovereignty rights within the territorial boundaries of sub-Saharan Africa.

The Pan Africans believe in the power of the ancestors of Africa and that the ancestors of Africa are angry. They are angered when they witness a single tribe, a group of tribes, or a single black African country in sub-Saharan Africa seize the authority and selfishly privatize the ownership of any land or any of its natural resources located in sub-Saharan Africa; the ancestors of Africa are angered when a single tribe, groups of tribes or a single black African country seize the authority and export sub-Saharan Africa’s natural resources without the prior approval and permission of the African Race; the ancestors are angry, because proceeds derived from the land and natural resources of sub-Saharan Africa are not equitably shared by all of the indigenous people of sub-Saharan Africa; the ancestors of Africa are angry, because the indigenous people of sub-Saharan Africa have not indigenized all foreign-owned business in sub-Saharan Africa; the ancestors of Africa are angry, because the Black Race has allowed the indigenous people of sub-Saharan Africa to collaborate with The Three Predators to extort and confiscate proceeds from the land and natural resources Aside: (The Three Predators should not be allowed to come anywhere near sub-Saharan Africa, because the awful results of their debt collection tactics are pandemic (negatively affecting almost everyone in the country) and far more brutal, pernicious and stealthy than the worse of the mob’s collectors. They begin by demanding that their dervish conditionalities be attached before awarding loans, repayment of loans and rescheduling repayment of loans. Their debt collecting methods often aversely touch every citizen in a country and have caused riots and tribal wars. Their fingerprints are all over the massacre in Rwanda and civil wars in Sierra Leone, Liberia, Angola, Sudan, and many other parts in sub-Saharan Africa. Now, they are overtly participating in the white Holy Alliance’s destabilization efforts which is resulting in country-wide suffering of the people in Zimbabwe. The Three Predators routinely force the poor indebted country into their so-called austerity and structural adjustment programs which demand increase tax, privatization and sale of public land, public utilities, reduce or eliminate welfare programs, reducing government sponsored medical and veterinary services, reduce salaries of public service employees, reduce export prices, devaluate currencies, liberalization of trade forcing poor African countries to allow gangsters to launder their ill-gotten loot that’s stashed in off-shore bank accounts to purchase sub-Saharan land and other governmental assets at giver-away prices and every penny of these sales are confiscated and remitted the white holy Alliance to repay interest on the unjustifiable and often bogus foreign debt, without collecting and offsetting reciprocal obligations. Sub-Saharan African countries owe a combined total of about 335 billion dollars to the Holy Alliance creditors while the white Holy Alliance and its white people owe the Black Race trillions of unpaid and stolen assets; the ancestors of Africa are angry, because the indigenous people have not installed a strict quota system in educational, political and in many economic matters (a fair quota system is the one and only antidote that prevents hostile majorities from abusing the minorities is a maxim that is so perfectly self-evident that it would be absurd to attempt to prove its necessity); and finally, the ancestors of Africa are angry, because the entire African Race has not taken control and Africanized all of the people, all of the land and all of the natural resources and all of those other things that black people squabble, fight and die over among themselves in sub-Saharan Africa.

The ancestors of Africa are angry, because the African Race hasn’t ‘put its foot down’ and issue precise edicts addressed to the world, for the whole world to see and understand: None of the Proceeds derived from the use and sale of sub-Saharan Africa’s land will be used to pay off debts incurred by the previous generation (34 years). Let it also be known that none of the proceeds derived from the use, sale or distribution of and any of sub-Saharan Africa’s natural resources (including timber and the cocoa tree’s products) can be used to pay off debts incurred during the previous generation. There can be no sale or distribution of African land and of Africa’s African natural resources therefore all business transactions that depend on the ownership of any of sub-Saharan Africa’s land and Sub-Saharan Africa’s natural resources are null and void. Those portions of any contract that contain these prohibitions are null and void.

Here are some of the definitions of words, terms, phrases, and acronyms that we used during our conversations with black people as we were gathering information concerning the consensus opinions that are included in The Pan-Africans’ Book:

1. Aside: (Parenthetical transcript comments and compilers’ digressions)

2. Culture refers to the ways and means that a society goes about satisfying its drives, especially its basic drives. Alpha males’ Common Cause may not be one of the basic drives, but many consider Common Cause bond among Alpha males to be one of the most powerful attraction which influences the priority and order in which the basic drives are satisfied. The term Alpha male in our conversations is synonymous and is used interchangeable with alpha female, alpha race, alpha maleism, alpha females, alphaism, and alpha.

3. A generation is a 34-year span. No lease or contract can exceed one generation, because (with very few exceptions) no generation should have the right to encumber the succeeding generation.

4. Domesticate, or docilize, in our conversation refer to the slave breaking process which entails two distinct processes. One process to gain and maintain physical control of the body by means of chains and whips and the other process to gain and maintain psychological control of reality. ‘Virtual reality’ and ‘make believe’ based Common Cause in the mind and in the soul through psychological conditioning and proselytization. The slave breaking process is incomplete without the administration of spell-binding proselytization. The slave mindset who has been domesticated, ‘broken into’ often identifies with, forms Common Cause and subordinates his own welfare for the welfare of the slave master. Analogous to the wife who wears a chastity belt, not for her own benefit, but for the benefit of her husband only. lol

5. Proselytize to create an ersatz common cause through hypnotic suggestions and spell binding subliminal fear (real or imaginary) and ‘make believe’ to convert the mind set away from reality toward an emotional religious based virtual reality (make believe), breaking down the common sense wall that exist between the emotions and the intellect, creating a schizophrenic like enchantment which can be manipulated to control one’s emotion and behavior.

6. Cuckoo ideas are harmful ideas of alien origin that push out our own beneficial ideas and masquerade as our own idea. Example: The white Holy Alliance descended into sub-Saharan Africa and pushed our own culture, especially religions and languages, aside and replaced them with their own. Analogous to the cuckoo birds’ victims, we believe and accept these alien imposters as our own.

7. Economic rent is the surplus reaped by the owner of any productive input if paid in excess of the minimum amount necessary to elicit the economy’s supply of the productive input.

8. Land includes all natural resources, such as unimproved land, minerals, water, air, vegetation, timber, and wildlife. Land rent is payment per time period for the use of land.

9. Rentier economy refers to the dying embers the Holy Alliance’s predatory economic system of imperial capitalism where a good part of the contemporary industrial economy which relies on material production is suspended and the economy is centered on the service sector. The present-day trend finds the rich countries appropriating the surplus value that is created by, and deserved by, poor laborers in the poverty-stricken, less-developed countries.

10. The Holy Alliance refers to the religious/race based Common Cause alliance among the white Christians, Jews and Arab Muslims Nations. The three demonizing conspirators used their religions to de-humanize and demonized black people, claiming that they, ‘the chosen ones’ have been ordained by God to proselytize black heathens. Behind the shield of religious exoneration and redemption of their sins, they entered into a religious/race-based conspiracy and without remorse or without mercy slaughtered, enslaved, proselytized, lynched, castrated, raped, colonized, humiliated and committed other religious/race-based atrocious acts of violence against hundreds of millions of black people over the centuries. continued...
