THE PAN-AFRICANS
PLEASE NOTE:
ThePanAfricans.org is the World Wide Web address of the spirits of the ancestors of Africa’s organization. A virtual reality organization of the spirits of the ancestors of Africa which reside within all of us, with eternal life and existing only in contemplation of an ideal Pan-African Organization.
The ancestors of Africa are angry. For those who
believe in the power of the ancestors, the proof of their anger is all
about us. For those who do not believe in ancestors, the proof of their
anger is given another name. In the words of Edmund Burke, “People will
not look forward to posterity who never look backward to their
ancestors.” Those words come from the opening chapter of The
Africans: A Triple Heritage, by Ali Mazuri. These words are sort of
a preamble to The Pan-Africans’ Book and are quite appropriate to
serve as a sort of prologue or preamble to the ancestors of Africa’s
messages.

**The current edition

LISTEN
The ancestors of Africa have illuminated the wisest
agenda for the African Race to complete before the end of the 21st
century,
1. DE-TRIBALIZE
2. DE-PROSELYTIZE
3. AFRICANIZE
a. All of the black people of the world.
b. All of the land in sub-Saharan Africa.
c. All of the natural resources of sub-Saharan
Africa.
d. Indigenization of all foreign-owned businesses
in sub-Saharan Africa.
(All Africans are always
indigenous).
e. Our Diaspora must perfect Selective
Consumerism.
f. Africa for all Africans.
4. SYNTHETIZE a single African language by
using words and phrases borrowed from all of the other African languages
and dialects of sub-Saharan Africa and use Bantu as the matrix for your
own new language.
5. The African Race must dissolve all of the artificial
boundaries in sub-Saharan African that were drawn-up by the white
Holy Alliance’s colonial powers to divide and conquer the African
people. The African Race must never allow the white Holy Alliance or
anyone else, to isolate any section of our race again.
The African Race must concentrate its population in Africa, Brazil, in
and around the waters of the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico. The African Diaspora in the United States should migrate
to the Gulf States and acquire enough land to
build African geodesic dome home (as described in The Pan-Africans’
Book) for less than the price of an automobile, because you can
not continue to pay exorbitant rent and excessive interest rates on
mortgages and escape the white Holy Alliance’s ‘debt trap slavery’
(masquerading as exorbitant rent and excessive interest of mortgages).
The Gulf Coast is also the most propitious location within the United
States from which to initiate your imperative programs of
Selective Consumerism and an idea focal
point from which you must initiate and develop important international
business transactions among your ABCUS member countries.
6. The African Race must provide the head of each family with a
free life estate (homestead) of
enough land to build an ultramodern African geodesic dome home and to
plant a truck garden, about 2.5 hectares of land. No land should be
granted in fee simple. Leasehold estates should be granted for any
amount of land that is needed for a period of 34 years or less, because
no generation has the right to encumber the next generation. Africa's clear minded orphans and your skillful distribution of
life estates are the only ways possible to make sub-Saharan Africa
homogeneous (mix up the African people) and to de-tribalize
and de-proselytize the African Race. Tribalism and religion
divide black people into mutually hostile tribes and have been at the
center of the "Time of Troubles" in sub-Saharan Africa. Tribalism and
religion were at the center of the trans-Saharan and the trans-Atlantic
slave trades. The divisive nature of tribalism prevented black people
from forming Common Cause and ejecting hostile foreign settlers and
colonizers from gaining footholds in sub-Saharan Africa. Tribalism and
religion have been directly responsible for the extreme viciousness
associated with a multitude of coups in sub-Saharan Africa since Ghana
gained its independence in 1957. Tribalism and religion have been at the
center of the ‘slaughterhouse violence’ in Rwanda, Burundi, Congo,
Angola, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Nigeria, Chad,
Uganda, Central African Republic, Kenya and other areas in sub-Saharan
Africa.
7. All sub-Saharan
African countries must post
on the Internet the precise amount of all of the proceeds derived from the commercial land and
the sale of all of the natural resources of sub-Saharan Africa
for all to see and determine if the African Race is getting fair deals.
The black people who comprise the African Diaspora, have a special duty to do everything that’s fair, legal
and nonviolent to prevent the importation, distribution and sale of any and
all of the natural resources of sub-Saharan Africa (the Diaspora's
biological homeland) from entering into Diaspora's adopted homelands, until the exporting
sub-Saharan African country
agrees to pay five percent Slave Tax (in perpetuity) on all of the proceeds derived from the
use of sub-Saharan Africa's land and natural resources as reparation to
the Diaspora, the descendants of millions and millions of black people
who were captured by by black people in tribal wars and slave-hunting
expeditions and sold them to the white Holy Alliance's slave traders.
Aside: (The
African Race must demand reparations for the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade,
slavery and colonization of the sub-Saharan Africa in the same
chronological order which these tragic events actually occurred; the
black slave traders; the white slave traders and their countries; white
slave traders who captured and also bought captured black Africans and
held them in slave ports and baracoons scattered along the African coast
from St. Louis in Senegal to Whydah to Angola to await slave ships;
slave ship owners who forcibly transported millions of kidnapped black
captives across the ‘Middle Passage’ in rickety slave ships; indemnity
companies who insured the slave ships’ chained black cargo. It was not
uncommon for slave ship owners to insure their cargo of black slaves and
once at sea scuttle their slave ships laden with black captives and were
indemnified by insurance companies like The Lords of London; slave
holding pens in the New World where kidnapped black captives were
‘broken into’ slavery; white slave trader who operated slave auctions;
the slave masters and their countries that were built on the scarred
backs of black slaves; and five Native American Indians Nations.)
First of all, the African Race must first deal with the African tribes’
involvement in the slave trade, because capture and deracination of
Africans were essentially the prelude to the opening scene to the
dehumanizing religious/race-based slavery, the most brutal tragedy in
the annals of human history that endured for more than 388 years.
Aside: (Black tribes
capturing and selling their black brethrens from other tribes into
slavery reminds one of Esau, the twin brother of Jacob, son of Isaac and
Rebekah was robbed of his Birth Right
and of his blessing by his shyer brother Jacob. The two were reconciled
later in life. Black slave traders conspired with the white Holy
Alliance’s slave traders and robbed millions of their black brethrens of
their Birth Rights
and of their freedom.)
Slaves in chains, guarded by Askari soldiers.
All of the tribes in sub-Saharan Africa
contributed to the capture and sale of millions of their black brethrens
into slavery, in one way or another; actively taking part in the slave
trade. More than three fourth of captured black people were sold by
black tribes along coast of the Gulf of Guinea especially the Bight of
Biafra centered on the Niger Delta, the cross River and the Bight of
Benin and slave forts along the coast of the Congo and Angola, but
almost all sub-Saharan African tribes actively took part in the
trans-Atlantic slave trade, while all of the other African tribes sat
around and did nothing to stop the atrocities, even though they had a
duty to do something to put an end to the Slave Trade.
The
ancestors of Africa demand that the descendants of those Africans who
were victims of the horrors of the trans-Atlantic slave trade
perpetrated by the black slave traders of sub-Saharan Africa, white
slave traders of Europe and the white slave holders of the Americas who
developed their present day countries with centuries of a vicious
religious/race-based slavery, demand that the criminal co-conspirators'
estimated 335 billion dollars foreign debt of sub-Saharan African
countries to the criminal co-conspirators in the trans-Atlantic slave
trade and centuries of American slavery,
Aside:
(who are indebted to the African Diaspora for infinitesimally less than
335 billion dollars) assign all of sub-Saharan Africa's foreign debt to
the African Diaspora who the ancestors of Africa demand that every cent
of the sub-Saharan debt must be collected and that every penny of the
estimated 335 be allocated to the construction of two hydroelectric
dams. One hydroelectric dam at that Victoria Falls on the Zambezi and
the second dam at Inga Falls on the Congo. The balance of the 335
billion dollars must be used to complete the necessary infrastructure to
delivery an abundance of electricity to every home and business in every
part of sub-Saharan Africa and funds to maximize the benefits of the
Nubian Aquifer. When completed, those Hydroelectric Dams, the
Electrification of sub-Saharan Africa and 'gilding' the Nubian Aquifer
will serve as the proper Monuments dedicated those African victims of
the trans-Atlantic slave trades and Africans victims who were enslaved
for centuries in the New World.
Listen.
The Congo River, the Zambezi River and Nubian Aquifer are Africa's three
greatest assets. Develop them. continued...
