A virtual reality organization of the spirits of the ancestors of Africa which reside within all of us, with eternal life and existing only in contemplation of an ideal Pan-African Organization.

The spirits of the ancestors of Africa who reside in all of us, traditionally used consensus decision-making. They gathered around a big tree, like the Baobab, and discussed and debated important issues/problems until consensus decisions were reached, which mitigated the objections by the minority and prevented the minority from domination by the majority. The spirits of the ancestors of Africa urge us to gather round the Internet, which is analogous to the ancestors’ big tree, only the Internet’s World Wide Web is larger than all of the mighty trees combine; larger than the world and then some; big enough for the entire African Race to gather round and participate in our daily discussions and debates concerning black people’s agenda for the 21st century. Now, consensus decision-making is time consuming, but majoritarian voting in sub-Saharan Africa should be considered as the last resort, because there are too many tribes and ethnic groups with unequal populations to be of any fair use. Majority rule has been referred to the “Tyranny of the majority,” because the minority can never veto a detrimental decision made by the majority and the tyranny of the majority is indistinguishable from the cruelty of a “tyrannical” despot. The greatest tragedy of post colonial Africa was the white colonial powers forced democratic principles of majority rule, which has not worked and will not work in sub-Saharan Africa. Well, we will use consensus decision-making which rely on consensus opinions, that is why we need everyone of you to discuss and debate until we have consensus opinions in various topics. Each consensus opinion could be used to provide a solution to one part of complex problems. You may say that we need kind of ‘off the shelf’ consensus opinions. Agreed on consensus opinions that can be cataloged and relied on as an axon (‘a given’) in consensus decision-making equations. Remember. Complex Consensus decisions require many consensus opinions in their solutions. We will stockpile several of the best opinions on each topic and any of the opinions can be replaced by better opinions at any time.

Discussion and debated will be dedicated to the furtherance of black people’s agenda for the 21st century. We want and need questions and their solutions. We need consensus opinions. We need debates in topics that are related to black people’s agenda for the 21st century. We accept the agenda that the ancestors of Africa have illuminated as the essential core of our agenda and the perimeters of our discussions and debates.

The ancestors of Africa’s core objectives demand that black people de-tribalize de-proselytize and Africanize. To Africanize they mean to unite the multitude of tribal and ethnic grougs down to one group of black people, To Africanize means that all black people must shared equally in all of the land and all of the natural resources in sub-Saharan Africa.

The ancestors demand that black people develop their own African language with Bantu serving as its core and completed with borrowed words from al of the other languages and dialects that are native to sub-Saharan Africa.

The ancestors of Africa tell us that there are only two ways to achieve their illuminated agenda. One, through our orphans in sub-Saharan Africa and the Diaspora *include the entire Diaspora, and the other through the land; there-fore the ancestors of Africa demand the unification of all of the black people in the Diaspora, the spirits of those ancestors of Africans who were captured by black slave trading tribes who ‘sold them down the river’ to white slave traders in the trans-Saharan and trans-Atlantic slave trades The black slave trading tribes stole and converted the Birth Rights of those who they sold into the most brutal, dehumanizing religious/race-based slavery, the most vicious of all forms of slavery in recorded history. A religious/race-based slavery that black African slaves were forced to endure in the Americas for nearly four hundred years.

The spirits of those ancestors of Africa who were sold in the slave trade, the spirits of those enslaved in the Americas and the spirits of those who were sold and enslaved in other parts of the world, demand the unification of the African Diaspora and then insist that sub-Saharan Africa returns their Birth Rights and that all compensation go to develop sub-Saharan Africa.

The ancestors of African command that the Black people in the Diaspora to demand the return of their Birth Rights’ and their fair and equitable share of the land and its natural resources. The Diaspora’s share is to be distributing throughout sub-Saharan Africa. The amount distributed must correspond to the percentage of the population in the AFRICAN-RACE.

The ancestors also demand that the African Race dedicate portions of Gabon as a proper Memorial, Reunion Ground and Capital for the spirits of African slaves who spent their lives in slavery and succumbed while still in slavery.
